SASKPOWER OPEN ACCESS TRANSMISSION TARIFFfor performing the required System Impact Study. For a service request to remaina Completed Application, the Eligible Customer shall execute the System ImpactStudy Agreement and return it to the Transmission Provider within fifteen (15)days. If the Eligible Customer elects not to execute the System Impact StudyAgreement, its application shall be deemed withdrawn and its deposit, pursuant toSection 17.3, shall be returned.19.2 System Impact Study Agreement and Cost Reimbursement:(i)The System Impact Study Agreement will clearly specify the TransmissionProvider's estimate of the actual cost, and time for completion of theSystem Impact Study. The charge shall not exceed the actual cost of thestudy. In performing the System Impact Study, the Transmission Providershall rely, to the extent reasonably practicable, on existing transmissionplanning studies. The Eligible Customer will not be assessed a charge forsuch existing studies; however, the Eligible Customer will be responsiblefor charges associated with any modifications to existing planning studiesthat are reasonably necessary to evaluate the impact of the EligibleCustomer's request for service on the Transmission System.(ii)If in response to multiple Eligible Customers requesting service in relationto the same competitive solicitation, a single System Impact Study issufficient for the Transmission Provider to accommodate the requests forservice, the costs of that study shall be pro-rated among the EligibleCustomers.Page | 50
