<strong>SASKPOWER</strong> <strong>OPEN</strong> <strong>ACCESS</strong> <strong>TRANSMISSION</strong> <strong>TARIFF</strong>intermediary, such as a power marketer. This reciprocity requirement also applies to anyEligible Customer that owns, controls or operates transmission facilities that uses anintermediary, such as a power marketer, to request transmission service under the Tariff.If the Transmission Customer does not own, control or operate transmission facilities, itmust include in its Application a sworn statement of one of its duly authorized officers orother representatives that the purpose of its Application is not to assist an EligibleCustomer to avoid the requirements of this provision.The requirements of this section may be waived by the Transmission Provider.7 Billing and Payment7.1 Billing Procedure:Within a reasonable time after the first day of each month, the TransmissionProvider shall submit an invoice to the Transmission Customer for the charges forall services furnished under the Tariff during the preceding month. The invoiceshall be paid by the Transmission Customer within twenty (20) days of receipt.All payments shall be made by wire transfer to the bank named by theTransmission Provider in Appendix 1.7.2 Interest on Unpaid BalancesInterest on any unpaid amounts (including amounts placed in trust) shall becalculated in accordance with the methodology specified in the TransmissionProvider’s Business Administration Manual applicable to late payment charges.Interest on delinquent amounts shall be calculated from the due date of the bill tothe date of payment.Page | 17
