<strong>SASKPOWER</strong> <strong>OPEN</strong> <strong>ACCESS</strong> <strong>TRANSMISSION</strong> <strong>TARIFF</strong>the Transmission Provider's use of the Transmission System on behalf of itsDomestic Load Customers and any Network Customer's use of the TransmissionSystem to serve its designated Network Load.33.3 Cost Responsibility for Relieving Transmission Constraints:Whenever the Transmission Provider implements least-cost redispatch proceduresin response to a transmission constraint, the Transmission Provider and NetworkCustomers will each bear a proportionate share of the total redispatch cost basedon their respective Load Ratio Shares.33.4 Curtailments of Scheduled Deliveries:If a transmission constraint on the Transmission Provider's Transmission Systemcannot be relieved through the implementation of least-cost redispatch proceduresand the Transmission Provider determines that it is necessary to Curtail scheduleddeliveries, the Parties shall Curtail such schedules in accordance with the NetworkOperating Agreement pursuant to the procedures specified in Attachment Hhereto.33.5 Allocation of Curtailments:The Transmission Provider shall, on a non-discriminatory basis, Curtail thetransaction(s) that effectively relieve the constraint. However, to the extentpracticable and consistent with Good Utility Practice, any Curtailment will beshared by the Transmission Provider and Network Customer in proportion to theirrespective Load Ratio Shares. The Transmission Provider shall not direct theNetwork Customer to Curtail schedules to an extent greater than the TransmissionPage | 82
