SASKPOWER OPEN ACCESS TRANSMISSION TARIFFDelivering Party's system operator, hour-to-hour schedules equal to thosefurnished by the Receiving Party (unless reduced for losses) and shall deliver thecapacity and energy provided by such schedules. Should the TransmissionCustomer, Delivering Party or Receiving Party revise or terminate any schedule,such party shall immediately notify the Transmission Provider, and theTransmission Provider shall have the right to adjust accordingly the schedule forcapacity and energy to be received and to be delivered.14 Nature of Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service14.1 Term:Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service will be available for periodsranging from one (1) hour to six (6) months as provided in Schedule 8.14.2 Reservation Priority:Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service shall be available fromtransmission capability in excess of that needed for reliable service to DomesticLoad Customers, Network Customers and other Transmission Customers takingLong-Term and Short-Term Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service. A higherpriority will be assigned to reservations with a longer duration of service. In theevent the Transmission System is constrained, competing requests of equalduration will be prioritized based on the highest price offered by the EligibleCustomer for the Transmission Service. Eligible Customers that have alreadyreserved shorter term service have the right of first refusal to match any longerterm reservation before being preempted.
