Eating school breakfast is linked with positiveoutcomes in academic achievement.With Environmental QualityWhen school meals have healthier (or higher quality)food options, it is expected that students will improvetheir nutritional intake, enjoy eating school food, andas a result reduce food waste from the cafeteria.Students who are healthy have higher attendanceat school, and thereby have more consistent mealparticipation rates.
