Increase the awareness of actuarial science.In <strong>2005</strong> the CAS, along with SOA, AAA, CIA, and CCAlaunched a public relations campaign to promote establishing thechief risk officer position in U.S. and Canadian businesses. AnImage Advisory Group representing the entire profession guidedthe campaign. The image campaign’s goals are to create a moredynamic and relevant image in the minds of the employers, builda vibrant new image within the profession itself, and create asustainable program that builds on each success.
