Payment is due within 30 daysof bill date. The CLEC may not install any equipment of facilities in themultiplexing node(s) until after the receipt by VZ of the VZ work completionnotice and any applicable security fee.In Virtual Collocation, VZ and the CLEC shall work cooperatively <strong>to</strong> jointly planthe implementation miles<strong>to</strong>nes. VZ and the CLEC shall work cooperatively inmeeting those miles<strong>to</strong>nes and deliverables as determined during the jointplanning process.
