Function:PO-4 Timeliness of Change Management NoticeDefinition:Sub-metric PO-4-01 measures the percent of Change Management Notices and associated documentationavailability, sent before implementation according to prescribed timeliness standards within prescribedtimeframes. Change Management notices are notices sent to the CLECs to notify CLECs of scheduledinterface software-affecting changes with a “Type” designation (Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 5).Documentation is not considered available until all material changes are made.Exclusions:None.Performance Standard:PO-4-01: 95%The Timeliness standards for the PO-4 metric are listed below and are in accordance with those set forth inthe Change Management Processes and Procedures.
