At junction box at road-side drawbar (5), removechassis wiring harness connectors (6) andintervehicular cable connectors (7) from clips (8)and disconnect connectors (6 and 7).3. At curb-side and road-side rear of trailer, removechassis wiring harness connectors (9) and lightconnectors (10) from clips (11) and disconnectconnectors (9 and 10).4. Remove electrical tiedown straps (12) fromchassis wiring harness (13). Discard tiedownstraps.NOTEThe M116A2E1 and the M116A3 haveno lockwashers at loop clamp mountingson rear crossmember and road- sideframe. A lockwasher is used at loopclamp mounting on road-side drawbar.5. Remove 11 screws (14) and lockwashers (15)from 11 loop clamps (16) securing chassis wiringharness (13) to rear crossmember, road-sideframe, and road-side drawbar (5). Discardlockwashers.4-44
