______________________________________________________________________________________221 (1130) CARE FACILITY – 55 SALISBURY AVENUENotwithstanding the provisions <strong>of</strong> By-<strong>law</strong> <strong>2005</strong> – 150, the lands described as Block 17 Plan 285 and moreparticularly described as 55 Salisbury Avenue and located on the southwest corner <strong>of</strong> Bruce Street andSalisbury Avenue and marked “subject property” on the map attached to Schedule No. 1133 may be used topermit a Care Facility. The said facility being defined to mean a centre where people will visit the site overthe course <strong>of</strong> the day generally from approximately 8:30am to 8:30pm from Monday to Friday with aprogram being <strong>of</strong>fered to include arts and crafts, music, recreation and leisure activities where the majority<strong>of</strong> clients are escorted to and from the Centre <strong>by</strong> vans or similar modes <strong>of</strong> transportation and thentransported to other community venues for activities.
