______________________________________________________________________________________120 (948) COTTAGE – 1809 7 TH LINE EASTNotwithstanding the provisions <strong>of</strong> By-<strong>law</strong> <strong>2005</strong>-150, the lands described as the northeast quarter <strong>of</strong> Section6 in the former Township <strong>of</strong> Korah, Civic No. 1809 Seventh Line East, and are shown outlined and marked“subject property” on the map attached as Schedule No. 951 hereto, may be used to permit the construction<strong>of</strong> a cottage, not to exceed 73m 2 in size.For the purpose <strong>of</strong> this <strong>by</strong>-<strong>law</strong> a “cottage” shall mean a building designed, constructed, and used to providesecondary accommodation for such purposes as vacationing as opposed to permanent occupancy. All aspects <strong>of</strong> poultry farming, including the packaging and sale <strong>of</strong> eggs, meat chickens and thesale <strong>of</strong> brood stock2. The storage, packaging and retail sale <strong>of</strong> animal feed products including the retail sale <strong>of</strong>prepackaged animal feed3. The sale <strong>of</strong> products necessary for the hygienic care <strong>of</strong> farm animals. These products include butnot be limited to, insecticides and disinfectants, but do not include hardware items used inagricultural farming4.
