All repairs shall occur indoors2. That a maximum of 2 pieces of new or used heavy equipment be displayed in the front yard3. That the side yards be reduced to 3m on one side and 6m on the other side4. The front yard landscaping requirement is reduced to 7.62m abutting Trunk Road5. Customer and employee parking is permitted in the front yard between the building and thelandscaped area6.
