Block B as shown on the subject property map attached may be used for a motel subject to thefollowing special provisions:a. The minimum interior side yard for Block B is reduced to 1.22mb. That no window on the south wall of the motel located on Block B be closer than 3.6m tothe southeast corner of the buildingsc.
