______________________________________________________________________________________260 5 INDUSTRIAL COURT B – TRANSFER FACILITY FOR RECYCLABLESDespite the provisions <strong>of</strong> Zoning By-<strong>law</strong> <strong>2005</strong>-150, the lands located on the sourthwest corner <strong>of</strong> IndustrialPark Crescent and Industrial Court B, Civic No. 5 Industrial Court B and marked with hatching on the mapattached may be utilized as a Transfer Facility for Recyclables, in addition to those uses permitted in aMedium Industrial (M2) Zone, and subject to the following condition:1. That the sorting, bailing and storage <strong>of</strong> recylcalbes occur within a fully enclosed building. For thepurposes <strong>of</strong> this By-<strong>law</strong>, a “fully enclosed building” is a structure having a ro<strong>of</strong> or ro<strong>of</strong>s with wallson all sides.
