______________________________________________________________________________________13 (269) ROAD TRANSPORTATION AND WAREHOUSING – 1419 TRUNK ROAD1. The purposes for which the lands described as part <strong>of</strong> Lots 18 and 19 River Range, RankinLocation, situate on the south side <strong>of</strong> Trunk Road, approximately 131.1m west <strong>of</strong> Fournier Rd,shown in heavy outline and marked AREA A on the map attached as a schedule to this By-<strong>law</strong>,and the buildings and structures situated on the said lands marked AREA A were used on October21 1968, the day <strong>of</strong> the passing <strong>of</strong> Zoning By-<strong>law</strong> 4500, and which uses are prohibited <strong>by</strong> By-<strong>law</strong>4500 are permitted <strong>by</strong> this <strong>by</strong>-<strong>law</strong> to be extended to the land outlined and marked AREA B on thesaid map; and2. The buildings and structures situated on the lands marked AREA A are permitted <strong>by</strong> this <strong>by</strong>-<strong>law</strong> tobe extended or enlarged, subject to the following conditions and regulations:a. The land, buildings and structures may be used only for the purposes in use on October21, 1968, namely, road transportation and warehousing, including any accessory uses;b. None <strong>of</strong> the buildings or structures shall be enlarged or extended into AREA B; andc. Area C may be used only in accordance with Section 8.5, Rural Area Zone (RA), By-<strong>law</strong><strong>2005</strong>-150.Schedule No. 269 to By-<strong>law</strong> 74-238______________________________________________________________________________________14 (270) RETAIL FURNITURE STORE AND CUSTOM WORKSHOP FOR INTERIORDECORATING – 219 NORTHERN AVENUENotwithstanding the provisions <strong>of</strong> By-<strong>law</strong> <strong>2005</strong>-150 the lands described as Lots 2 and 3 in the George HallSubdivision, Plan No. H-586 and part <strong>of</strong> Lot 23, Registrar‟s Compiled Plan No. H-732, Civic Nos. 207,211 and 219 Northern Avenue East and are shown outlined and marked “subject property” attached asschedule 270 hereto, may be used for the purposes <strong>of</strong> a retail furniture store and custom workshop forinterior decorating, subject to the following <strong>special</strong> provisions:1. The loading space requirement <strong>of</strong> Section 6 <strong>of</strong> By-<strong>law</strong> <strong>2005</strong>-150 is reduced to one space; and2.
