______________________________________________________________________________________160 (1085) RETAIL SALES – 1281 GREAT NORTHERN ROADDespite the provisions <strong>of</strong> By-<strong>law</strong> <strong>2005</strong>-150, the lands described as lot 49 RCP H-739 having civic address1281 Great Northern Road and located at the southwest corner <strong>of</strong> Fourth Line East and Great NorthernRoad and marked “subject property” on the map attached as Schedule No. 1087 hereto may be used topermit the retail sale <strong>of</strong> stone products and accessories, including stone dressing, in addition to the usespermitted under the Highway Zone (HZ), subject to the following <strong>special</strong> <strong>exceptions</strong>:1. In calculating the parking requirement for the retail sale <strong>of</strong> stone products, no parking spaces needto be provided for the 176m 2 <strong>of</strong> shop area but if the shop area increases beyond 176m 2 the parkingrequirement shall be in accordance with By-<strong>law</strong> <strong>2005</strong>-150, for that area in excess <strong>of</strong> 176m 2 .Special Exception 189(1085) Further AmendedWith respect to the property identified as Parts 1,2 and 3 on the attached map and having a legal description<strong>of</strong> part <strong>of</strong> Lot 48 on Plan H-739 the following shall apply:2. With respect to the property identified as Part 1 on the attached map, in addition to the HighwayZone (HZ) uses, the uses permitted under <strong>special</strong> exception 189 (1085) shall be permitted on Part1, and <strong>special</strong> exception 85 (639) as enacted <strong>by</strong> By-<strong>law</strong> 82-30 shall no longer apply to Part 1.3. With respect to the property identified as Part 2 on the attached map, the following shall apply:a. The provisions <strong>of</strong> Special Exception 189 (1085) as enacted <strong>by</strong> By-<strong>law</strong> 98-154 shall applyto this property4. With respect to the property identified as Part 3 on the attached map, the following shall apply:a. Special Exception 189 (1085) as enacted <strong>by</strong> By-<strong>law</strong> 98-154 is repealed ins<strong>of</strong>ar as itapplies to Part 3 shown on the attached map, the result being that Part 3 is zonedHighway Zone (HZ).Schedule No. 1087 to By-<strong>law</strong> 98-154_____________________________________________________________________________________86
