______________________________________________________________________285 1351 GREAT NORTHERN ROAD – MOTOR VEHICLE SALES AND PARTSDEALERDespite the provisions <strong>of</strong> <strong>by</strong>-<strong>law</strong> <strong>2005</strong>-150, the lands located at 1351 Great Northern Road and marked„subject property‟ on the map attached may be used to permit a motor vehicle sales and parts dealer, inaddition to the uses permitted in an R1 Zone, and subject to the following <strong>special</strong> provisions:1. The service and repairs <strong>of</strong> motors and transmissions is prohibited2. That a 1.8m visually solid fence be constructed along the we<strong>ste</strong>rly lot line, as well as along thenorthern lot line to a distance <strong>of</strong> 15.24m from the front lot line3. That the display area for trailers, cars or similar items as permitted under the motor vehicle salesand parts dealers definition <strong>of</strong> Zoning <strong>by</strong>-<strong>law</strong> <strong>2005</strong>-150, be setback a minimum <strong>of</strong> 17.68m fromthe front lot line, and that a maximum <strong>of</strong> 3 display items may be displayed within this setbackarea.Schedule 285 to By-<strong>law</strong> 2009-121______________________________________________________________________________________286 285 WILSON STREET – RECYCLING CENTREDespite the provisions <strong>of</strong> <strong>by</strong>-<strong>law</strong> <strong>2005</strong>-150, the lands located at 285 Wilson St., and marked subjectproperty on the map attached, may be utilized as a recycling centre for electronics, furniture, mattresses,Styr<strong>of</strong>oam and orphan plastics, in addition to those uses permitted in an M2 Zone, and subject to thefollowing conditions to be applied to outdoor storage in association with the recycling centre only:1. That outdoor storage is limited to the southwest portion <strong>of</strong> the subject property, shown as„Proposed Outdoor Storage Area‟ on the map attached2. That the outdoor storage <strong>of</strong> loose items that have not been properly secured and may blow <strong>of</strong>f-siteis prohibited.For the purposes <strong>of</strong> this <strong>by</strong>-<strong>law</strong>, “Recycling Centre” shall mean a facility primarily engaged in thereceiving, shipping, dismantling, sorting and bailing <strong>of</strong> electronics, furniture, mattresses, Styr<strong>of</strong>oam andorphan plastics, which are those plastics that are not currently part <strong>of</strong> the Municipal curb side collectionprogram.Schedule 286 to By-<strong>law</strong> 2009-142______________________________________________________________________________________156
