______________________________________________________________________________________64 (636) CREATION OF 2 SINGLE DETACHED RESIDENTIAL LOTS – 1205 – 1231SECOND LINE WESTNotwithstanding the provisions <strong>of</strong> By-<strong>law</strong> <strong>2005</strong>-150, the lands described as portion <strong>of</strong> Lot 14 in the NixonSubdivision, Regi<strong>ste</strong>red Plan No. 13361, Civic Nos. 1205 to 1231 Second Line West and are shownoutlined and marked “subject property” on the map attached as Schedule No. 641 hereto, may be used tocreate two single detached residential lots, with access to and from the lot at the corner <strong>of</strong> Nixon Road andSecond Line shall be restricted to Nixon Road only.Schedule No. 641 to By-<strong>law</strong> 82-16______________________________________________________________________________________65 (639 AS AMMENDED) 1275 GREAT NORTHERN ROADNotwithstanding the provisions <strong>of</strong> By-<strong>law</strong> <strong>2005</strong>-150, the lands described as portion <strong>of</strong> the northeast quarter<strong>of</strong> Section 19, in the former Township <strong>of</strong> Tarentorus, being the rear portion <strong>of</strong> Civic No. 1275 GreatNorthern Road and having approximately 107m <strong>of</strong> frontage upon Fourth Line, and are shown outlined andmarked as Block B on the “subject property” map attached as Schedule No. 644 hereto.With respect to the property identified as Parts 1,2 and 3 on the attached map and having a legal description<strong>of</strong> part <strong>of</strong> Lot 48 on Plan H-739 the following shall apply:1. With respect to the property identified as Part 1 on the attached map, in addition to the HZ,Highway Zone uses plus the winter storage <strong>of</strong> boats and trailers, shall be permitted on Part 1, andthe <strong>special</strong> exception enacted <strong>by</strong> By-<strong>law</strong> 82-30 shall no longer apply to Part 1.2. With respect to the property identified as Part 2 on the attached map, the following shall apply:a. The provisions <strong>of</strong> <strong>special</strong> exception 189 (1085) as enacted <strong>by</strong> By-<strong>law</strong> 98-54 shall apply tothis property.3. With respect to the property identified as Part 3 on the attached map, the following shall apply:a.
