______________________________________________________________________________________48 (527) TRIPLEX – 152 CENTRAL PARK AVENUENotwithstanding the provisions <strong>of</strong> By-<strong>law</strong> <strong>2005</strong>-150, the lands described as Lot 28, Central ParkSubdivision which lands are located on the north side <strong>of</strong> Central Park Avenue, approximately 91m west <strong>of</strong>its intersection with John Street, and are shown outlined and marked “subject property” on Schedule 533hereto, land and buildings may be renovated and used for a triplex, subject to the following <strong>special</strong><strong>exceptions</strong>:1. The required parking shall be 1.25 spaces per employee2. A building mounted sign <strong>of</strong> not more than 1.49m 2 is permitted3.
