______________________________________________________________________________________270 99 NORTHERN AVENUE EAST – REDUCED SETBACKSDespite the provisions <strong>of</strong> By-Law <strong>2005</strong>-150, the lands located at 99 Northern Avenue East and marked“subject property” on the map may be utilized in accordance with the General Commercial Zone (C4), withthe following <strong>special</strong> provisions:1. the required front yard setback is reduced from 7.5m to 7.0m;2 the required exterior yard setback is reduced from 7.5m to 4.7m.Schedule 270 to By-<strong>law</strong> 2008-150271 1131 MAKI ROAD – SINGLE DETACHED DWELLINGDespite the provisions <strong>of</strong> By-Law <strong>2005</strong>-150, the lands located at 1131 Maki Road and marked “subjectproperty” on the map attached may be used to permit a single detached residential dwelling subject to thefollowing <strong>special</strong> provision:1.
