______________________________________________________________________________________134 (997) REPAIR AND PARKING OF TANDEM TRUCKS AND RELATEDEQUIPMENT-559 OLD GOULAIS BAY ROADDespite the provisions <strong>of</strong> By-<strong>law</strong> <strong>2005</strong>-150, the lands described as part <strong>of</strong> the southeast quarter, Section 13in the former Township <strong>of</strong> Korah, now being Part 1, Plan 1.R. -3666, Civic No. 559 Old Goulais Bay Roadand marked “subject property” on the map attached as Schedule 1002 hereto, may be used to permit, inaddition to the uses allowed under the R.A. Zone, repair and parking <strong>of</strong> tandem trucks and relatedequipment, subject to the following <strong>special</strong> provisions:1. The maximum number <strong>of</strong> trucks used in the business shall be restricted to 3 and that no more than3 trucks be parked on the subject property at any time;2. The vehicles shall be located to the rear <strong>of</strong> the property behind the 1.8m high, 100% visually solidwooden fence;3. The repairs to the vehicles shall be restricted to a minor nature, such as tire repair, oil change, andthat such repairs be to the 3 vehicles under the ownership <strong>of</strong> the company.
