______________________________________________________________________________________147 (1034) HEAVY INDUSTRIAL USES – BASE LINE ROADDespite the provisions <strong>of</strong> By-<strong>law</strong> <strong>2005</strong>-150, the lands described as part <strong>of</strong> the southeast quarter, Section 33in the former Township <strong>of</strong> Korah, now in the City <strong>of</strong> Sault Ste. Marie, being part <strong>of</strong> Parcel 5648, AlgomaWest Section and shown outlined and marked “subject property” on schedule 1037 hereto, may be used topermit any <strong>of</strong> the uses allowed under the Heavy Industrial Zone (M3), subject to the following <strong>special</strong>provisions:1. No industrial activities are permitted within the flood and fill areas identified on the ConservationAuthority Flood and Fill mapping or in accordance with any alterations to these areas approved <strong>by</strong>the Conservation Authority2. There shall be a buffer <strong>of</strong> 100m supplied along the northerly limit <strong>of</strong> the subject property3. There shall be a buffer <strong>of</strong> 30m supplied along the we<strong>ste</strong>rly boundary abutting the Rural AreaZoned lands.Schedule No. 1037 to By-<strong>law</strong> 95-168_____________________________________________________________________________________148 (1035) MEDIUM INDUSTRIAL USES – YATES AVENUEDespite the provisions <strong>of</strong> By-<strong>law</strong> <strong>2005</strong>-150, the lands described as lots 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19, KorahGardens Subdivision, Plan M-56, being part <strong>of</strong> Parcel 1620, Algoma West Section, and are shown outlinedand marked “subject property” on Schedule 1038 hereto, may be used to permit any <strong>of</strong> the uses allowedunder the Medium Industrial (M2) Zone, subject to the following <strong>special</strong> provision:1.
