______________________________________________________________________240 (242) CONCRETE PLANT – 790 PEOPLES ROADNotwithstanding the provisions <strong>of</strong> Section 14.2.1 <strong>of</strong> By-<strong>law</strong> <strong>2005</strong>-150, the industrial uses hereinafterdescribed may be erected and used on the lands described as part <strong>of</strong> Lots 70 to 73 86 and 224 and all <strong>of</strong> lots74 to 85, all inclusive, in the Dave Brown Subdivision, Plan 1703; and part <strong>of</strong> the Southeast Subdivision <strong>of</strong>Section 25, former Township <strong>of</strong> Korah, as shown on regi<strong>ste</strong>red instrument T-84384; part <strong>of</strong> lane and part <strong>of</strong>Shafer Avenue, all <strong>of</strong> which lands are described as Part 8 on Plan 1R-1775 and are outlined and marked“subject property” on the map attached as schedule 243 hereto, subject to the M2 regulations <strong>of</strong> By-<strong>law</strong><strong>2005</strong>-150 and site plan approval: Concrete ready-mix plant Concrete block plant Showroom for display <strong>of</strong> concrete productsGarage for storage and maintenance <strong>of</strong> company vehiclesOpen storage area for storage <strong>of</strong> sand and gravelSchedule No. 243 to By-<strong>law</strong> 73-363____________________________________________________________________________________241 COMMERCIAL VEHICLE STORAGE – 2675 BASE LINEDespite the provisions <strong>of</strong> By-<strong>law</strong> <strong>2005</strong>-150, the lands located on Parcel 11103 Algoma West Section, nowdescribed as Part 3 on 1R-6139, having Civic No. 2675 Base Line marked “Subject Property” on the mapattached as Schedule No. 241 hereto is changed from Rural Area Zone (RA) to Rural Area Zone with a<strong>special</strong> exception subject to the following <strong>special</strong> conditions.1. The number <strong>of</strong> commercial motor vehicles that can be stored on the subject property shall notexceed 5. For the purposes <strong>of</strong> this <strong>by</strong>-<strong>law</strong>, “commercial motor vehicle” has the same definition ascontained in the Highway Traffic Act, as amended from time to time.2. The commercial motor vehicles hsall be parked behind the garage located on the subject propertyon the day <strong>of</strong> the passing <strong>of</strong> this <strong>by</strong>-<strong>law</strong> and no part <strong>of</strong> the commercial motor vehicles shall extendbeyond the ea<strong>ste</strong>rn wall <strong>of</strong> the said garage, the intent being to maintain a 15m buffer from thedrainage ditch located along the east side lot line <strong>of</strong> the subject property.3. Any maintenance and repairs to be carried out on the commercial motor vehicles must be carriedout inside the garage existing on the subject property the day <strong>of</strong> the passing <strong>of</strong> this <strong>by</strong>-<strong>law</strong>.4.
