______________________________________________________________________________________159 (1083) 186 MARCH STREETDespite the provisions <strong>of</strong> By-<strong>law</strong> <strong>2005</strong>-150, the lands described as lot 65, Plan 291 having civic no. 186March Street and marked “subject property” on the map attached as schedule no. 1085 hereto, zonedCommercial Transitional Zone (CT2) subject to the following <strong>special</strong> <strong>exceptions</strong>:1. Any fence in lieu <strong>of</strong> buffering shall not obstruct the exiting <strong>of</strong> vehicles from the dwelling unit tothe north <strong>of</strong> the subject property2.
