The Accessory Use.______________________________________________________________________________________4 (84) TUBE MILL – WALLACE TERRACENotwithstanding the provisions of By-law 2005-150, on the lands more particularly described as Lots 1 to20 in Block 32, Lots 1 to 20 in Block 25, the easterly 106.68m of McKenzie Street (collectively known asBlock X) in the Bayview Subdivision (amended), registered plan H-455, Lots 8 to 20 in Block 24 and theeasterly 69.03m of Young Street in the Bayview North Subdivision, registered plan 2872 (H-204), and apart of the south half of Section 35 in the Township of Korah, which lands are shown outlined and marked“subject property” on schedule 65 hereto, land may be used and buildings erected and used thereon, subjectto the following conditions:1. SetbackSubject to the building regulations set out in Section 14.3.2 of By-law 2005-150, no building shallbe located closer to Goetz Street than 30.48m.2. Cold Billet StorageThe area marked “Cold Billet Storage” on Schedule 65 hereto may be used for the storage ofbillets3.
