_____________________________________________________________________326 540 WELLINGTON STREET WESTDespite the provisions <strong>of</strong> By-<strong>law</strong> <strong>2005</strong>-150, the property located at 540 Wellington Street West, as shownon the map attached, may be utilized to permit an <strong>of</strong>fice use, in addition to those uses permitted in an R3zone. The <strong>of</strong>fice use is subject to the following <strong>special</strong> conditions:1. That the <strong>of</strong>fice use must be in conjunction with a business legally functioning from the abuttingproperty to the north;2.
