It isa shame that such individuals are given the power to decide the fate ofothers in these disputes. 254The roofs of morgue 1 (‘gas chambers’) of both crematoria todayare broken in pieces and have collapsed, but the ceiling of morgue 1(‘gas chamber’) of crematorium II is still relatively intact. The next tothe last of the seven pillars of morgue 1 (‘gas chamber’) of crematoriumII, seen from the south, still bears a piece of the ceiling.
