In 1993, Austria followed suit (sec. 3h Criminal Law); in1994, Germany (sec. 130 Criminal Code, new version), in 1995, Switzerland (sec. 216 bisCriminal Code) and in 1996, Spain enacted similar laws. A similar law passed in Belgium in1997 has not yet been enforced. Poland adopted a similar law in 2000, Hungary is currentlypreparing to introduce one. Canada and Australia have created ‘Human Rights Commissions’which persecute revisionists although there is no legal framework for this.32
