The Jewish sergeant shoved a guidelampstaff deep in his throat and dumped a whole bottle of whiskeyinto his victim. His handcuffs were left on for three weeks. “That’swhat you don’t want to hear, Herr State Attorney”, the defense attorney’swords rang out. Then Herrmann read relevant paragraphs fromthe transfer treaty of the occupying powers. In these paragraphs, Germanywas forced to recognize forever the historical ‘facts’ that werethe basis of the Nuremberg trials. And so German courts still say‘common knowledge’ to the four million Auschwitz lie, to the lieabout gassings in Dachau and the lie about “mass steamings” in Treblinka.Nonsense and oppression know no limit.“I note”, said the attorney, “that the accused was denied his right.363
