SWIMMING.GENERAL ORGANIZATION.n accordance with the regulations fixed for the organizationof the work of arranging the competitions of theFifth Olympiad, the Swedish Swimming Association, atthe close of 1909, appointed a special Olympic SwimmingCommittee, which was commissioned to carry outall the preliminary technical- and other arrangementsfor the swimming competitions of the Olympic Games.
