Pickering will replacethe Analytical Column under warrantyif found defective in material orworkmanship. However, the warrantyis void if the Analytical Column wasdamaged due to customer’s misuse.How to Obtain Warranty ServiceIf there is a problem with yourInstrument or Analytical Columnwithin the warranty period, immediatelynotify Pickering or yourlocal authorized representative. Ifthe Instrument or Analytical Columnwas not purchased directlyfrom Pickering, please contact thevendor where it was purchased. AnyInstrument, part of the Instrument,or Analytical Column returned toPickering for examination or repairshall have Pickering’s prior approval(call for a Returned Goods AuthorizationNumber) and be sent prepaidby the Customer. Return transportationwill be at Pickering’s expense ifthe Instrument, part of the Instrument,or Analytical Column is foundto be defective and under warranty.HEALTH & SAFETY DECLARATIONInstruments and columns must bedecontaminated and cleaned priorto returning to Pickering. To protectand ensure the safety of Pickeringpersonnel, customer must properlyush instrument of any and all hazards(e.g. reactive chemicals, bloodborne pathogens).
