Theshelf-life is 18 months (from date of manufacture) at roomtemperature.AFLACLEAN, OTACLEAN & AFLAOTACLEANCOMBINATION CLEAN-UP COLUMNIMMUNOAFFINITY SAMPLE CLEAN-UP COLUMNSAatoxins and Ochratoxin A are produced by fungi, e.g.Aspergillus and Penicillium species. Therefore both toxintypes are found together in many foods and animal feeds,e.g. cereals. Thus it is appropriate to analyze one extractfor the occurrence of both mycotoxins in a single step.Of signicant assistance is the clean-up of extracts by a combinedimmunoafnity column for both mycotoxin types inone step. The subsequent analysis may then be performed byHPLC with post-column derivatization or other techniques.SIMULTANEOUS CLEAN-UP OFAFLATOXINS AND OCHRATOXIN AThe combination sample clean-up column Aa-OtaCLEANfrom LCTech is very tolerant towards many matrices andallows for a comprehensive clean-up of the aatoxins B1,B2, G1 and G2 as well as Ochratoxin A. The high maximumcapacity of 150 ng for Aatoxin B1 and 200 ng forOchratoxin A provides a wide measurement range.
