Mendelssohn House
Colourful clothing, vases, weapons, jewellery and other objects all tell
a story: art and everyday life in the cultures of our world are exhibited
in this 4,200 m 2 exhibition space.
Visitors can experience the genuine world of the 19 th century in the
Mendelssohn family’s apartment. The salon is once again used as an
important concert venue in Leipzig.
