The first common dwelling of Clara and Robert Schumann was in
the Schumann House. Today there is a permanent exhibition in the
historic living quarters on the first floor. The former parlour serves
as a concert hall.

Leipzig Forum of Contemporary History
The monument’s 91 metre high viewing platform provides a superb
panoramic view of Leipzig and the surrounding area. Events in the wars
of liberation are covered in the exhibition FORUM 1813.
A permanent exhibition on the themes of separation and unity, dictatorship
and resistance in the German Democratic Republic: temporary
exhibitions, events, educational programmes.
