Qualification Aim<br />

This qualification aims to provide<br />

learners with the skills and knowledge<br />

necessary to plan, deliver and<br />

evaluate safe and effective fitness<br />

instruction sessions via the context <strong>of</strong><br />

gym, exercise to music, water-based<br />

exercise or exercise and physical<br />

activity for children.<br />

Learners successfully completing<br />

this qualification will be able to gain<br />

access to the Register <strong>of</strong> Exercise<br />

Pr<strong>of</strong>essionals (REPs) at Level 2.<br />

This qualification consists <strong>of</strong> 4<br />

mandatory units and 8 optional units.<br />
