Qualification Aim<br />

This qualification is aimed at those<br />

people engaged in national or<br />

international skills competition who<br />

wish to extend recognition <strong>of</strong> their<br />

skills, attributes and behaviours into<br />

their work-related learning. It will<br />

also be appropriate for learners on<br />

Higher Level apprenticeships, or<br />

undertaking substantial study in a<br />

University Technical College.<br />

Qualification Structure<br />

To be awarded this qualification,<br />

learners must successfully complete<br />

21 credits in total, a minimum<br />

<strong>of</strong> 15 at Level 4. Learners must<br />

successfully complete 9 credits from<br />

the mandatory Group A units, 3<br />

credits from the mandatory Group<br />

B unit, 6 credits from the mandatory<br />

Group C units and 3 credits from the<br />

mandatory Group D units.<br />
