Qualification Aim<br />
This qualification is knowledge<br />
based and is part <strong>of</strong> the framework<br />
for the Advanced Apprenticeship in<br />
Travel Services.<br />
The Apprenticeship will suit learners<br />
who are working or looking to<br />
work within the travel and tourism<br />
industry as a travel consultant,<br />
overseas representative, tour<br />
operator or working in the head<br />
<strong>of</strong>fice <strong>of</strong> a tour operator.<br />
Qualification Structure<br />
This qualification consists <strong>of</strong> one<br />
mandatory unit and 12 optional units.<br />
To be awarded this qualification,<br />
learners must successfully complete<br />
the one mandatory unit and the<br />
following number <strong>of</strong> credits from the<br />
optional units in the chosen pathway:<br />

7 credits<br />
• Tour Operators Head Office –<br />

Qualification Aim<br />
The NCFE Level 1 Certificate in<br />
Health and Fitness is the vocational<br />
equivalent <strong>of</strong> a GCSE qualification. It<br />
is aimed at 14-16 year olds studying<br />
their Key Stage 4 curriculum and<br />
interested in any <strong>of</strong> the health and<br />
fitness contexts such as exercise,<br />
