This qualification aims to provide<br />

product areas, it’s ideal for learners<br />

introduction to the retail industry for<br />
those new to or seeking employment<br />
in this area. It will help learners<br />

retail sector and prepare them for<br />
progression into a range <strong>of</strong> higher<br />
level and more practical qualifications<br />

mandatory units and 14 optional<br />
units.<br />
To be awarded this qualification,<br />
learners must successfully complete<br />
the 6 mandatory units and at least 4<br />
