INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS
No fee reduction available
In a busy world where there are lots of demands for our attention, we can become stressed and anxious. Mindfulness
helps us to see clearly what is going on in our lives and rather than worrying about what has happened or might
happen, it trains us to respond skilfully to whatever is happening right now, be that good or bad. It will not eliminate life’s
pressures, but in this introductory course we can learn to use mindfulness practices to help us respond to difficulties in
a calmer manner that benefits our head, heart and body.
