Proposed disposition of earnings<br />
The following retained earnings are available for disposition by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting:<br />
Net income for the year: SEK 2,154 M<br />
Retained earnings brought forward: SEK 3,186 M<br />
TOTAL: SEK 5,340 M<br />
The Board of Directors and the President and CEO propose that a dividend of SEK 3.60 per share,<br />
a maximum total of SEK 1,317 M, be distributed to shareholders and that the remainder, SEK 4,023 M,<br />
be carried forward to the new financial year.<br />
Tuesday 29 April 2008 has been proposed as the record date for dividends.<br />
If the Annual General Meeting confirms this proposal, dividends are expected to be distributed by VPC AB<br />
on Monday 5 May 2008.<br />
The Board of Directors and the President and CEO declare that the consolidated accounts have been prepared in<br />
accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, IFRS, as adopted by the EU and give a true and fair view<br />
of the Group’s financial position and results. The Parent company’s annual accounts have been prepared in accordance<br />
with generally accepted accounting principles in Sweden and give a true and fair view of the Parent company’s<br />
financial position and results.<br />
The Report of the Board of Directors for the Group and the Parent company gives a true and fair review of the<br />
development of the Group’s and the Parent company’s business operations, position and results, and describes<br />
significant risks and uncertainties to which the Parent company and the companies that make up the Group are exposed.<br />
