BCG, three doses of DPT-HepB-Hib, three doses of oral polio vaccine (excluding polio vaccine given at birth), and one dose of measles<br />

For children 12-23 months: BCG, three doses of DPT-HepB-HiB, four doses of oral polio vaccine, three doses of pneumococcal vaccine,<br />

two doses of rotavirus vaccine, and one dose of measles. For children 24-35 months, all of these plus a second dose of measles.<br />
