How is this Course Delivered?
After an initial consultation with your organisation, we will assess the skill level of the group and
the desired business results you need. We then customise the training. You will save your
organisation's time, resources and money by us coming to you and delivering the training at
your premises or a location determined to be ideal for your needs and desired outcomes. The
Transformational Leadership training course, based on your requirements, ranges from two to
five days.
How many Delegates can Attend?
Typically, we suggest a maximum of 24 people from your organisation attend the training at any
one time. This limit is suggested because of the hands on nature of the training and the
individual feedback given to each person attending the training. Larger groups can be
accommodated, however, and we can structure the training to best meet your requirements.
