Organisational Planning
For the Royal Australian Planning Institute we assisted in the design of a new
organisational structure, incorporating the national and state chapters, to maximise services to
members.
Workshops
For BHP we designed and instigated workshops in the areas of leadership, teamwork,
innovation, and behaviour change. These workshops were made accessible for all levels of the
business regularly, using pragmatic business concepts.
Customer Service
For Tint-A-Car we designed a program focused on customer relationships and the pragmatic
business results achieved from the “intangible” components of the business. This allowed the
franchisees to refocus their sales and customer service procedures to eliminate costly
discounting and price gauging processes thereby increasing profitability significantly without
increasing listed pricing.
Assessment & Appraisal
For New Hope Coal Australia we assisted the CEO & National HR Manager by interviewing
staff on sites for Role Design, Performance Assessment, Salary Appraisal and Psychometric
Evaluation. The outcome was a more relevant system of roles & responsibilities ensuring the
best fit for people to position, with more equitable remuneration.
