How is this Course Delivered?
We fine-tune and customise this program for your organisation’s training needs. You will save your

premises or a location determined to be ideal for your needs and desired outcomes. The Art of
Conflict Management training course, is usually two days in length.
How many Delegates can Attend?
Typically, we suggest a maximum of 40 people from your organisation attend the training at any one
time. This is a highly engaging and interactive training program. Larger groups can be
accommodated, however, and we can structure the training to best meet your requirements.
