GLOBAL LEARNING FOR A GLOBAL AUDIENCE
There are some matters that are sacrosanct:
Confidentiality
Understanding and appreciating my role and the accountability of the member
Determining with clarity the needs of the member
Understanding the organisational context in which these requirements are placed
Appreciating preferred learning processes and sequences
Agreement regarding logistics
Indicatively, most Managing Director, Board Director, Owner, or C-Level executive coaching &
mentoring takes the form of a two-hour- face-to-face session, twice per month over an initial
period of nine to twelve months. This time frame allows for the internalisation of outcomes
which are more transformational in nature. At the scheduled end of the program, the member’s
progress is formally reviewed and a sign-off done on the enhancements achieved. At this point,
the coaching & mentoring relationship might be terminated or phased out over a series of
sessions, or an additional program with new, revised or extended objectives, outcomes and
results may be enacted.
Individual Mentor Program
Six months of coaching & mentoring with unlimited access to Ric Willmot via telephone, fax,
e-mail, and video-conferencing.
Target Mentor Program
Six, nine, or twelve months of unlimited access to Ric Willmot and a structured (guided)
approach to achieve pre-set targets with you being accountable for milestones.
Retainer Program
Twelve (or nine) months executive coaching & mentoring with Ric Willmot that includes regular
two-hour face-to-face meetings as well as unlimited access via telephone, fax, e-mail, and
video-conferencing.
