● Any physical or juridical person violating <strong>the</strong> registration <strong>of</strong> pesticides shall be given
a warning and <strong>the</strong> product shall be confiscated. The punishment shall be determined by
court.
● Any physical or juridical person violating <strong>the</strong> permission <strong>of</strong> MAFF shall be given
a warning and forced to correct within 7 days. The product shall be confiscated and
punishment shall be determined by court for second <strong>of</strong>fence.
● Any physical or juridical person who fails to do business adulterated or not in
conformity to <strong>the</strong> guaranteed analysis in <strong>the</strong> registration shall be given a warning and <strong>the</strong>
product shall be confiscated. The punishment shall be determined by court. Fully
revocation <strong>of</strong> permission for second <strong>of</strong>fence.
● Any physical or juridical person violating <strong>the</strong> packaging standard shall be given
a warning and forced to correct within 15 days. Provisional revocation <strong>of</strong> permission for
second <strong>of</strong>fence.
● Any physical or juridical person who fails to provide safe handling, proper transport,
storage or disposal <strong>of</strong> pesticide without permission from MAFF shall be given a warning
and forced to correct within 7 days. Provisional revocation <strong>of</strong> permission for second
<strong>of</strong>fence.
