associated with a significant relapse risk of up to<br />

46%. In another prospective trial using qualitative<br />

PCR monitoring of IgH gene rearrangements, MRD kinetics<br />

were compared in precursor-B ALL patients who<br />

achieved prolonged DFS and in those who relapsed [78].
