Suggested structures:<br />

• <strong>The</strong> NCWCD could develop an environmental training component<br />

within the existing Training Institute structure, which focuses on<br />

tourism-related topics at different levels, e.g. rangers and monitoring;<br />

guides; administrative staff; impact regulation and assessment. In<br />

addition the NCWCD could seek in put into tourism training<br />

programmes nationally to ensure adequate consideration of<br />

environmental awareness and protection issues.<br />

• What facilities are required within selected protected areas?<br />

• Where should visitor facilities be situated?<br />

• How and by whom should facilities be constructed?<br />

• How and by whom will facilities be maintained?<br />
