Using counseling techniques with a client to assist in managing his or her eating disorder(s). Service is
billed in 15-minute increments.
CDAHI Eating disorder counseling group each 60 minutes
Using group counseling techniques with clients in a group setting to assist in managing their eating
disorders. Service is billed in 60-minute increments per client.
CDAHJ Eating disorder counseling family each 15 minutes
Using family counseling techniques with a family member(s) to assist in managing their eating disorder(s).
Service is billed in 15-minute increments.
CDAHK Music therapy individual each 15 minutes
Using music therapy with a client to support his or her processing and/or expression of emotion. Service
is billed in 15-minute increments.
CDAHL Music therapy group each 60 minutes
Using music therapy with clients in a group setting to support their processing and/or expression of
emotion. Service is billed in 60-minute increments per client.
CDAHM Grief coping skills education individual each 15 minutes
Teaching a client to effectively cope with his or her grief. Service is billed in 15-minute increments.
CDAHN Grief coping skills education group each 60 minutes
Teaching clients in a group setting to effectively cope with their grief. Service is billed in 60-minute
increments per client.
CDAHO Grief coping skills education family each 15 minutes
Teaching a family member(s) how to effectively cope with their grief. Service is billed in 15-minute
increments.
CDAHP Grief coping assistance individual each 15 minutes
Using counseling techniques to assist a client in coping with his or her grief. Service is billed in 15-minute
increments.
CDAHQ Grief coping assistance family each 15 minutes
Using family counseling techniques to assist a family member(s) in coping with their grief. Service is billed
in 15-minute increments.
CDAHR Grief coping assistance group each 60 minutes
Using group counseling techniques to assist clients in a group setting in coping with their grief. Service is
billed in 60-minute increments per client.
CDAHS Guilt reduction assistance group each 60 minutes
Using group counseling techniques to assist clients in a group setting in managing and reducing their
feelings of guilt. Service is billed in 60-minute increments per client.
CDAHT Dance therapy individual each 15 minutes
Using dance therapy with a client to support his or her processing and/or expression of emotion. Service
is billed in 15-minute increments.
CDAHX Socialization enhancement assistance group each 60 minutes
Using group counseling techniques to assist clients in a group setting in improving the frequency of and/
or comfort levels with socializing. Service is billed in 60-minute increments per client.
CDAHY Forgiveness assistance group each 60 minutes
Using group counseling techniques to assist clients in a group setting in forgiving and/or experiencing
forgiveness from self and/or others. Service is billed in 60-minute increments per client.
CDAHZ Play therapy group each 60 minutes
Using forms of play with clients in a group setting to encourage and/or facilitate their expressions of
feelings and/or emotions. Service is billed in 60-minute increments per client.
