Movement Modalities – Activity or exercise BBAAF – BBABP<br />

BBAAF Hiatal hernia toning exercise individual each 15 minutes<br />

Facilitating strengthening exercise <strong>of</strong> a client’s diaphragmatic muscles to prevent and/or reduce the<br />

incidence <strong>of</strong> protrusion <strong>of</strong> any structure through the esophageal hiatus <strong>of</strong> his or her diaphragm. Service is<br />

billed in 15-minute increments.<br />

BBAAH Postural exercise individual each 15 minutes<br />

Facilitating exercise <strong>of</strong> a client’s core muscle groups to maintain and/or improve his or her postural<br />

alignment. Service is billed in 15-minute increments.<br />

BBAAS Free weights individual each 15 minutes<br />

Facilitating exercise for a client, using free weights, to increase the strength <strong>of</strong> his or her body part, region<br />

or full body. Service is billed in 15-minute increments.<br />

BBAAW Low-impact aerobics group each 60 minutes<br />

Leading clients in exercise that requires one foot to remain on the ground at all times. Service is billed in<br />

60-minute increments per client.<br />

BBAAX Step aerobics group each 60 minutes<br />

Leading clients in exercise that requires one leg at a time to move from the oor to a platform in various<br />

combinations <strong>of</strong> up and down movements. Service is billed in 60-minute increments per client.<br />

BBAAY Stretching group each 15 minutes<br />

Leading clients in a group sefitting in stretches to elongate their muscles and/or improve the flexibility <strong>of</strong><br />

their body parts, regions, or full bodies. Service is billed in 15-minute increments per client.<br />

BBAAZ Strength training individual each 15 minutes<br />

Facilitating a client’s resistive muscle exercise to maintain and/or increase his or her muscle strength.<br />

Service is billed in 15-minute increments.<br />

BBABA Stretching individual each 15 minutes<br />

Leading a client in stretches to elongate his or her muscles and/or improve the flexibility <strong>of</strong> his or her body<br />

part, region, or full body. Service is billed in 15-minute increments.<br />

BBABD Tai Chi group each 60 minutes<br />

Leading clients in a group sefitting in Tai Chi, which consists <strong>of</strong> movement, meditation and breath<br />

regulation. Service is billed in 60-minute increments per client.<br />

BBABF Yoga group each 60 minutes<br />

Leading clients in a group sefitting in Yoga, which focuses on the musculature <strong>of</strong> the body, body posture,<br />

breathing mechanisms, consciousness and mental wellbeing. Service is billed in 60-minute increments<br />

per client.<br />

BBABI Tai Chi individual each 60 minutes<br />

Leading a client in Tai Chi, which consists <strong>of</strong> movement, meditation and breath regulation. Service is billed<br />

in 60-minute increments.<br />

BBABK Yoga individual each 60 minutes<br />

Leading a client in Yoga, which focuses on the musculature <strong>of</strong> the body, body posture, breathing<br />

mechanisms, consciousness and mental wellbeing. Service is billed in 60-minute increments.<br />

BBABL Strength training group each 15 minutes<br />

Facilitating resistive muscle exercise for clients in a group sefitting to maintain and/or increase their<br />

strength. Service is billed in 15-minute increments per client.<br />

BBABM Qigong individual each 15 minutes<br />

Leading a client in Qigong, which includes movement, breath coordination, meditative focus and deep<br />

relaxation. Service is billed in 15-minute increments.<br />

BBABN Qigong group each 15 minutes<br />

Leading clients in a group sefitting in Qigong, which includes movement, breath coordination, meditative<br />

focus and deep relaxation. Service is billed in 15-minute increments per client.<br />

BBABP Muscle control exercise individual each 15 minutes<br />

Facilitating muscle control exercise for a client to restore and/or improve his or her body movements.<br />

Service is billed in 15-minute increments.<br />
